I wanted this site to be useful and entertaining for prospective students and Manipal Alumni alike .. hope it serves this purpose! I hope it plays a role in bridging the gap between long lost friends :)

I passed out from Manipal with Safvi and a lot has changed since then. These photos are truly breathtaking and i happened to have the luxury of visiting manipal this past year. Trust me the photos hardly do justice to the picturesque manipal that it is today. Great Job Safvi. Keep it up

dont think i know you personally. i graduated in 1993 and MS ophthal in 1998
you have absolutely no idea what your pictorial journey meant to me.
let me just say it one word, amazing.

havent been to manipal since 1998 after spending a decade of good times there and i for one couldnt believe how things have changed over the past 8 years(wow..guess i qualify for being ancient!)

but hey great stuff congratulations and keep up the enthusiasm

really wonderful pics...the pictures itself speak a thousand words..surely cannot remember manipal as it looks right now..i'm a 97 batch student..and miss those days terribly...no cafe coffee day...no international hostel, it was still underconstrution..really gr8 snaps...

Fabulous pictures. i really enjoyed them all. i dint know so many things abt manipal. I had never seen these places during my visits to manipal as my visits are very short. Now tht i know there are so many places to look out for in manipal, i ll surely enjoy my stay

I am Jagat J Saikia... but u can call me jjs... currently into my final year of MBA in TAPMI.
While going through your photos of Manipal I was experiencing many emotions... but i can assure you that it was an interesting photographic journey nevertheless. After seven months or so... we'll leave this special place called Manipal... but the memories will remain forever!!

I know that student life is gr8. But the staff life for some is pathetic. You know a picture paints a thousand words. Youve painted just the TIP OF THE ICEBERG here. (COM MED)

Yes manipal has changed a lot and I have been lucky enough to visit it a few times since we left in 94.

great pics and just to let you know that u have done a wonderful job. brought back lot of good memories. should have squeezed in a pic of sphinx. but then they are done and dusted. there was this place near the old shack point where people useed to go for long walk something called ....end. i just cant remember the name now. anyway it was nice hearing from you.
